Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.houseofhoneysuckle.co.uk and by accessing this website and / or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

Please be aware that all prices and descriptions on this website supersede all previous printed or digital publications. Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Prices are subject to change.

Due to the limitations of photographic and printing processes goods may not appear exactly the same colour as on our website or printed publications. This is because most items are hand finished from natural materials therefore there will be slight variations from item to item.

 

Does it fit?

It is your responsibility to check that the goods you order are suitable for your requirements and will fit in the required area. Please ensure that access can be gained easily and safely for your furniture to be delivered (are doors wide enough? are stairs awkward? are there lifts? small hallways or narrow passages). If you are in any doubt please contact us before placing your order as any costs incurred due to a failed delivery resulting from the above or similar will be passed on to you.

 

Ordering & Payment terms

All goods must be paid for in full before items can be released for delivery, either by Credit Card or Debit Card, you will then receive confirmation of your order via email. If any item is out of stock a member of our team will contact you with stock availability details. At this point you have the option to cancel the order if you choose. Please ensure as stated on our order section of the website that we have your correct contact details as not doing so may delay your delivery.

All goods remain the property of The House of Honeysuckle until payments are made in full.

 

Damage & Complaints

It is absolutely strictly your responsibility to meet deliveries, check good on arrival and sign for them in good condition. Should no one be available to sign for the goods they will not be delivered and this will be treated and charged for as a non-delivery. In particular, we can not be held liable for damage when goods have been moved to a different site after we have delivered them.

 

Delivery

1. Ensuring there is sufficient access for installation is strictly your responsibly. Should we reach the site and it is not possible to install due to insufficient access, lack of sufficient assistance as per our agreed terms or for health and safety reasons, this will be treated as a failed delivery

2. Should our driver(s) reach the site and find that there is no-one there to inspect and sign for the goods this will result in a failed delivery.

3. A failed deliveries will result in an administration charge and delivery charge being passed onto the customer.

 

VAT and Pricing

The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and will give you a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

 

Delivery Charge

It seems unfair to include the cost of delivery in all our product prices so that we can offer a so-called “free delivery”. Instead we have a standard delivery charge of £4.99 regardless of how many items you order.

 

Collect from store

If you are local to our Basingstoke based showroom, Honeysuckle Interiors you can choose to collect your orders free of charge. At checkout simply choose the " Collect at store*" option. Our design team will contact you via email when your items are ready to be collected. Ensure to check delivery times for your items before purchasing as using this option does not provide a faster service. *This option is not available if your order contains furniture due to weight restrictions.

 

Delivering your order

Accessories and non-furniture items are dispatched via carrier or Royal Mail and in most cases will arive within 3-5 working days.

Should in the unlikely event your order arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where we deem in our professional experience the work is defective for any reason the company's liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying such defect.

 

Mixed orders

Mixed orders (furniture and accessories) may be delivered as separate orders. You will, however, only be charged once for delivery. Accessories may require a signature at time of delivery and occasionally we may send them out in more than one delivery.

 

Discounts

If you benefit from any discount or promotion, the discount applies only to the sub total, not the delivery charge. You can not use two promotions together on the same purchase.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to share our passion for the products you’ve chosen. If for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact us within seven days of receiving your purchases and, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging we will give you a full refund, excluding the delivery charge.

 

All refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation of order.

 

Change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact our design team via our contact section. You need to have the order number, date the order was placed and your delivery address to hand. It is important to note that we may not be able to cancel your order after a certain date.
